These terms govern your use of the Minecraft Helper Bot Discord service ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

本規約は、Discord サービス「Minecraft Helper Bot」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に適用されます。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

1. The Service / サービス内容

The Service summons an automated Minecraft helper character onto a server you specify and carries out the in-game tasks you command (e.g. woodcutting, gathering, clearing, following, tidying, building). Available abilities and limits depend on your plan (Basic / Pro / Ultra).
本サービスは、あなたが指定したサーバーに自動操作のヘルパーを参加させ、指示した作業（木こり・採取・整地・追従・片付け・建築など）を実行します。利用できる機能や上限はプラン（Basic / Pro / Ultra）によって異なります。

2. Your responsibilities / 利用者の責任

• You must have the right to use a bot on the server you connect to. Many Minecraft servers prohibit automated clients/bots. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, EULA, and operator policies of any server you direct the Service to join. Do not use the Service on servers where bots are not allowed.
  （接続先サーバーでボットを使う権利があることが前提です。多くのサーバーは自動クライアントを禁止しています。接続先サーバーの規約・EULA・運営方針の遵守はすべて利用者の責任です。ボットが許可されていないサーバーでは使用しないでください。）
• Premium auth: when you use Microsoft authentication you authorize the Service to connect to Minecraft using your own account. Only use an account you own and are allowed to automate.
  （プレミアム認証では、ご自身のアカウントで Minecraft に接続することを許可するものです。自分が所有し、自動化が許される範囲のアカウントのみ使用してください。）
• Do not use the Service for harassment, griefing, cheating in competitive contexts, ban evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
  （嫌がらせ・グリーフ・競技環境でのチート・BAN回避・違法行為に使用しないでください。）
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  （Discord の利用規約・コミュニティガイドラインを守ってください。）

3. Plans, payments & refunds / プラン・支払い・返金

• Paid plans (Pro / Ultra) are sold and billed through Discord Monetization. Billing, currency, and renewal are handled by Discord under Discord's terms.
• Plan benefits (abilities, bot count, session length) are described in /plans and may change.
• Refunds are handled per Discord's policies. Contact us for plan issues not covered by Discord.

（有料プラン（Pro / Ultra）は Discord Monetization を通じて販売・課金されます。請求・通貨・更新は Discord の規約に従い Discord が処理します。プラン特典は /plans に記載し、変更されることがあります。返金は Discord のポリシーに従います。）

4. Availability / 可用性

The Service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable, interrupted, or restarted at any time (e.g. maintenance, upstream outages). Running helpers are logged out on restart; simply re-summon. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the completion of any in-game task.
（本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、メンテナンスや障害等によりいつでも停止・中断・再起動されることがあります。再起動時に稼働中のヘルパーはログアウトします（再召喚してください）。無停止稼働や作業完了を保証しません。）

5. Disclaimer & liability / 免責

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including in-game losses (items, progress, builds), account penalties or bans imposed by a server or by Mojang/Microsoft, data loss, or service downtime. You use the Service at your own risk.
（法律上認められる最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用に起因する損害（ゲーム内の損失、サーバーや Mojang/Microsoft によるアカウント処分・BAN、データ消失、停止など）について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。利用は自己責任でお願いします。）

6. Termination / 利用停止

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, abuses the Service, or endangers its operation, with or without notice.
（本規約違反・濫用・運用妨害があった場合、予告の有無にかかわらず利用を停止することがあります。）

7. Not affiliated with Mojang/Microsoft/Discord / 無関係の明示

The Service is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or Discord. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
（本サービスは独立したプロジェクトであり、Mojang・Microsoft・Discord とは一切関係なく、承認・後援も受けていません。「Minecraft」は Mojang Synergies AB の商標です。）

8. Changes / 変更

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the support channel. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
（本規約は改定することがあります。重要な変更はサポート窓口で告知します。改定後の継続利用は同意とみなします。）
